Terms & Conditions

 

You agree to the following terms and conditions as described below, when you call to use any of our services:

1. Client's Responsibility

a) The client understands and agrees that prior to contacting or allowing DutchPro Computer Service to perform diagnostic repair or any other service(s) on your computer, it is the client's responsibility to back-up the data, software, information or any other files stored on your computer disks and/or drives. The client acknowledge and agrees that Dutchpro Computer Service shall not be responsible under any circumstance for any loss or corruption of data and/or software.

b) All equipment to be installed must be located in the area in which the installation will take place. The client must provide adequate environment (space, power, etc.) for successful installation.

c) Services shall mean the testing, cleaning, inspecting, adjusting of the equipment and/or all services, training, support and advice to the client and shall include without limitation all aspects of computer consulting and consultancy services.

d) The client must have available all legally licensed software and media which may be required during set-up. 

e) An adult (18 yrs. or older) must be present during the entire installation process and must type any passwords.

f) The client shall be responsible for security of proprietary and classified information


2. Pricing
a) All prices are in US Dollars.

b) Certain limitations may apply for all flat fee services. Flat fee services are based with a maximum of one and a half (1.5) hours of labor. There will be an additional nominal fee if labor exceed one and a half (1.5) hours due to a comprehensive virus, trojan, spyware and/or any other errors/system faults.

c) A minimum of thirty (30) minutes apply to all hourly rates. 

d) 'Most computer problems fixed $50.00 / $55.00 or less' offer is based on one (1) computer or laptop with a maximum of one and a half (1.5) hours of labor. If you have more than one (1) computer and/or laptop to be serviced, additional rates will apply, based on hourly rates.

 

e) Emergency services (defined as services provided daily after 8PM and/or services provided on Sunday, which require DutchPro Computer Service to come over and service the clients computer(s) without having an appointment made at least 12 hours in advanced) are charged on an hourly basis up to $75.00 per hour with a minimum of one hour charge. 


3. Payment
Payment must be completed in full at time service, in personal check or cash only.


4. Service Limitations
DutchPro Computer Service shall be under no obligation to provide repair Services as result of the following: 

* Improper use, natural disaster, strike, riots, war or nuclear disaster, neglect, damage by customer transit, failure of customer to maintain recommended site specifications. All orders for service are subject to acceptance by DutchPro Computer Service

* Repairing damage resulting from causes other than ordinary wear and tear, including without limitation, neglect, misuse, accidents, failure of electrical power or acts of Nature. 


5. Services Provided
DutchPro Computer Service provides services only. Any hardware devices, components, peripherals, cd's, dvd's or software must be purchased and supplied by the client before time of service. DutchPro Computer Service can recommend products to you at no cost. The information provided by DutchPro Computer Service pursuant to this service is derived from private and public reference sources as well as personal knowledge and is provided to assist you.

6. Warranty
All services have 7 (seven) days warranty from the day the service is provided. Warranty is only valid on the service(s) provided as stated on the client's invoice and according to Dutchpro Computer Service's log. Limited warranty due to the result of a virus, spyware or other malicious software.


7. Release and Waiver
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you hereby release, and waive all claims against DutchPro Computer Service and its employees from any and all liability for claims, damages (actual and consequential), costs and expenses (including litigation costs and attorneys' fees) of every kind and nature, arising out of or in any way connected with use of any service(s). 


8. Refund Policy
You may request a refund for any service by submitting your request within 48 hours (from the date and time of service) to DutchPro Computer Service. Reasonable refunds are given if you are completely dissatisfied about our Service. However, we strive for 100% satisfaction so if there is an issue we will do our best to resolve it for you.
